- 协议的法律性质
Legal Nature of the Agreement
通过报名并缴费，您即表示理解、接受并同意遵守本《考生协议》及 HKCDAA 不时修订的考试政策与规则（以下简称“政策”）。若未遵守相关规定，HKCDAA 有权取消您的考试成绩，并暂停或终止您的考生资格。
By registering and paying the examination fee, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with this Candidate Agreement and the examination policies and rules as amended by HKCDAA from time to time. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your examination results and suspension or termination of your candidacy.
- 报名与考试费用
Registration and Examination Fees
本考试费用由考试独家运营机构 Uweb Limited 收取。若 HKCDAA 或 Uweb 未收到您本人或第三方支付的全部考试费用，您将无权参加考试或获取相关学习资料。无论费用由您本人还是第三方支付，您均受本协议约束。
所有考试费用在缴纳后，除因 HKCDAA 因不可抗力或其他原因取消考试外，概不退还，且考试名额不得转让。
The examination fees are collected by Uweb Limited as the exclusive operating institution. If HKCDAA or Uweb does not receive the full payment from you or a third party, you will not be permitted to sit for the examination or access study materials. Regardless of who makes the payment, you remain bound by this Agreement.
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the examination is cancelled by HKCDAA due to force majeure or other valid reasons.
- 不当行为
Misconduct
任何损害或试图损害考试声誉、完整性、有效性或安全性的行为，均构成不当行为，包括但不限于舞弊、作弊、泄露试题、冒名顶替、协助他人违规等。
Any act that damages or attempts to damage the reputation, integrity, validity, or security of the examination constitutes misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, disclosing examination content, impersonation, or assisting others in misconduct.
- 考生承诺
Candidate’s Commitment
在考场或考试系统中，您须确认承诺遵守考试纪律与保密义务，不得以任何形式泄露考试内容。
At the test center or within the examination system, you must confirm your commitment to abide by examination discipline and confidentiality obligations. Disclosure of examination content in any form is strictly prohibited.
- 违规处理
Disciplinary Actions
HKCDAA 有权审查或调查涉嫌违规的事项，并可采取以下一项或多项措施：
作废或暂缓公布您的成绩；
取消您考试资格；
追究法律责任。
HKCDAA reserves the right to review or investigate suspected misconduct and may take one or more of the following actions:
Invalidate or withhold your examination results;
Cancel your candidacy;
Pursue legal action.
- 考试材料所有权与使用
Ownership and Use of Study Materials
考生有权参加由 Uweb 组织的培训。所有由 Uweb 提供的视频课程、模拟试题及相关学习资料（以下简称“学习材料”）的知识产权均归属 Uweb 所有。
考生仅可将上述学习材料用于个人备考学习，不得以任何形式进行复制、传播、销售、公开或转让。考试内容属机密信息，任何披露或传播均被严格禁止。
Candidates are entitled to attend training organized by Uweb. All intellectual property rights in the video courses, mock exams, and related study materials (the “Study Materials”) provided by Uweb remain the property of Uweb.
Study Materials may be used solely for personal study and preparation. Reproduction, distribution, sale, disclosure, or transfer in any form is strictly prohibited. Examination content constitutes confidential information, and any disclosure is strictly prohibited.
- 取消、退款与改期政策
Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
7.1 退款政策：考生所缴纳的考试费用一律不予退还，除非因主办方取消考试。
Refund Policy: Examination fees are strictly non-refundable, unless the examination is cancelled by the Organizer.
7.2 改期政策：
a) 考生如欲改期，须至少于原定考试日期的 55 个自然日（含第 55 日）之前提出申请。每位考生可享有一次免费改期的机会。
Candidates wishing to reschedule must submit a request at least 55 calendar days (inclusive) before the scheduled examination date. Each candidate is entitled to one free rescheduling.
b) 超过上述时限后，考试日期将不可再进行更改。
After this deadline, no changes to the examination date will be permitted.
c) 考生如需进行第二次或以上的改期（每次改期均须在原定考试日期的 55 个自然日（含第 55 日）之前提出），每次改期申请须缴付 1,000 港元的行政服务费。
Any subsequent rescheduling requests (each submitted at least 55 calendar days prior to the exam) will incur an administrative fee of HKD 1,000 per request.
d) 改期申请是否获批，须视乎考场座位供应情况而定。
Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to seat availability.
7.3 缺考：若考生未在约定时间参加考试，将视为自动放弃考试名额，考试费用不予退还且不可改期。
Absence: Candidates who fail to attend the examination at the scheduled time will be deemed to have forfeited their seat. Examination fees are non-refundable and the seat is non-transferable.
- 考试中断与不可抗力
Examination Disruptions and Force Majeure
如因自然灾害、疫情、场地故障、系统中断等不可抗力因素导致考试受影响，HKCDAA 有权单方面调整考试日期。考生不得因此要求退费。
In the event that the examination is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, venue malfunctions, or system interruptions, HKCDAA reserves the right to unilaterally reschedule the examination. Candidates shall not be entitled to a refund in such circumstances.
- 成绩政策
Examination Results
考试结果以“通过/未通过”形式公布。通过者将颁发《香港数字资产分析师资格认证考试合格证书》。
Examination results will be reported as “Pass/Fail.” Successful candidates will be awarded the Certificate of Completion of the Hong Kong Chartered Digital Asset Analyst Examination.
- 隐私
Privacy
HKCDAA 将依照香港适用法律及《个人资料（私隐）条例》收集、使用和保护考生个人信息，仅用于考试与认证相关目的。
HKCDAA will collect, use, and protect candidates’ personal information in accordance with applicable Hong Kong laws, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and solely for purposes related to the examination and certification.
- 考试调整权利
Rights to Amend Examination Policies
HKCDAA 保留对考试安排、考试内容、合格标准及相关政策进行调整的权利。
HKCDAA reserves the right to amend examination arrangements, content, passing standards, and related policies.
- 管辖法律
Governing Law
本协议受香港特别行政区法律管辖，并依其解释，任何争议均应提交香港法院专属管辖。
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Acceptance of Terms
本人已阅读并完全理解本《考生协议》的所有条款，并同意遵守。如本人未能遵守本协议，HKCDAA 有权取消我的考试成绩，并拒绝、暂停或终止我的考生资格。
I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Candidate Agreement. I understand that failure to comply may result in the cancellation of my examination results, refusal, suspension, or termination of my candidacy.
